It still won't let me change my profile picture or anything in my profile. People seem to be getting banned for profile changes that are harmless.

It took me quite a while to figure this out, but you cannot access (view) your saved Offline Maps in "Offline Maps." There is a thumbnail of each saved map there, and it shows you the size, but you cannot open it. You can re-name it, or re-size it (which creates a new map) but you cannot OPEN it. To open/view an Offline Map you have to BE OFFLINE. You can go offline by turning off Wi-fi and Cellular Data in Settings. Then open Apple Maps normally (as if you were on-line) and go to the vicinity of your saved Offline Map -- the Offline Map Rectangle will be there, and you can search within it for addresses, zoom in for detail, and drop Pins for future use. With an iPhone or iPad with built-in GPS (only the cellular models of iPad have GPS) this ability to save Offline Maps and navigate in them with a real-time "blue dot,"even when you have no cell or wi-fi coverage, is INCREDIBLE for those of us who are often in the boonies.
