As an English person, I have been lucky enough to have visited Australia 10 times, between 1984 and 2006. I have seen so, so many wonderful places there - Kakadu NP, Karajini/Hamersley Ranges NP, Carnavon NP, Lawn Hill NP, Mitchell Falls NP, the Bungle Bungles, The Flinders Ranges, the Blue Mountains, Kosciusko NP, Cradle Mountain Lake St Clair NP, Wilson’s Promontory NP, Sydney, the Great Ocean Road, the Grampians, the McDonnell Ranges, Mount Augustus, Innaminka RR, Dalhousie Springs, the Canning Stock Route, Southwest NP and the Franklin Gordon Wild Rivers NP being only a few examples, but all other places in Australia are beaten to the number one spot by Poppies Pools. It was such a privilege to have visited and experienced them. I shall probably never return to Poppies Pools but they will always have a very strong and special place in my memory. Out in the middle of nowhere swimming in those warm pools and jumping into them is something I shall never ever forget.

Gawd I hate when ppl plan like this ...We run a weaco fridge for drinks and fridge stuff..and another weaco as a freezer ..we precook all our meals then kryovac ..wright what they are on the bag ...stand them on their end verticly and can pack 5 weeks worth of meals in a cf50ltr with room spare ..each morning remove the nights meal to defrost in the fridge , (helps keep fridge cold)....same ppl who plan days and where to be each day on a trip ....does my head in

Hate to dig up an old video, but I installed one of these today in a VDJ79, another install video from steinbauer themselves says to use the TPS voltage with the higher range, the wire you used is the lower range. Not sure how much of a difference that makes but just thought I would mention it. I stumbled across your video looking for an easy answer to which tps wire to use, but checked voltages myself anyway

Hi Dan. this vid was produced back in 2015. There has been at least three revisions of the Steinbauer since then that we are aware of. Always run with the instructions that come with your chip as this is accurate for the unit you have in your hand. Upgrades 101.

Loved this series penny and Brian, and so sorry it is your last. One thing I would like to know, I saw what looked like fresh lettuce and tomato in your breakfast before setting out with the Landcruiser's first trip to the falls. You had been many weeks in the bush, seemingly without resupply, how do you keep your salad items so fresh?

Thanks for watching mate. The episode before we mentioned returning to Wyndham to help Ronny out. We grabbed supplies before the day we crossed the Drysdale.

@@DiscoverOzProduction Too easy, I find keeping the perishables fresh on a long stay difficult and thought you might have had some valuable hints, especially with lettuce 😀. Thanks for the prompt reply.

Sad that you are leaving us in your present format but totally understandable. All the best Penny and BJ with your future endeavours. Take care and thanks for the inspiring videos over the years.

Awesome series- I've missed your vids. Really fascinating as I also followed the adventures of the 'other' group touring in the opposite direction and theirs was an amazing series as well, but it seems you were better prepared! i hope Ronnie is alright by now, he really saved the other group with the fuel and tyres.

Thank you guys for all the time you have spent putting TODU together. You're legends and I have thoroughly enjoyed following along on your journey through this great land of ours. Sad that this may be the last we see of your epic adventures but enjoy the well deserved time away from the spotlight. Cheers

Thanks for the ride along. I watched your trek again tonight , 7 months later .
