OK, so it's not just me: I just got a crimson color (though "vegan") leather skirt (it looks genuine--I couldn't afford real! ). A-line (so it's not body hugging), midi length, falls just a few inches above my ankles. Not much shine to it, with no slits. My mom seems disturbed by it; said she never wore something like that to church. To me it looks respectable, classy! Also it is WARM, AND the dog hair doesn't cling to it!! It seems like some people consider leather skirts too...sexy.(?) Now i feel self conscious and am afraid to wear it to church again!! I think your skirt is classy too, and your look is respectable, smart, classy!! P.S. And I wore it with a long sleeved sweater (though the sleeves were somewhat sheer; in a small pink/purplish print).

@@oliviawalker1975 you’re welcome. I found the groups on Facebook. You can do a search on Facebook for Christian groups. Eventually I joined a group coaching program for Christian women that was a perfect fit.
