What if spray example "Dinitrol ML rust stop oil inside". The foam will be saturated with oil and don't suck up humidity. Live in Finland and spraying rust stop oil inside the car steel panel is very common way to stop inside rusting.

I have seen several of these rusted Challengers and every time the main nearby drainage holes were plugged with the foam while other side is perfect with the drain holes clear. You can lift up the forward lower side of both rear inner wheel liners and take a welding rod etc to make sure the main drainage holes are free

These tires tested very well in Tire Rack test. Even in wet conditions and light snow. These are on my short list for replacement on my V6 Camry, but I get spooked by the low miles people are getting. I live in SoCal so driving year round is SOP.

I wonder if gasoline would dissolve this foam??? Then compressed air for a bit to evaporate, and then some of that rust converter pray inside??? 2011 srt8 challenger, and im having rust in those spots.

Just got a 21 sxt. Wanted to get away from 700$ payments and 50k loans. I never considered a challenger till I test drove a black sxt plus. I liked it a lot, but it was at a sketchy buy here place. So that didn’t happen. Ended up at dodge and got a 21 bright red sxt. Looks so clean mean and flashy. Just straight piping it would help a lot. It’s actually a lot of fun to drive and it’s comfortable. For a 2dr “sports car” You don’t feel like your sitting on the. It’s pretty snappy and for me it’s fast. Couple months ago I sold my truck back to Toyota. Tacoma off-road package. Those are nice but knows to be slow and sluggish. So maybe it’s just the big difference to me. But I’m happy with it so far. I’m getting rid of all the chrome asap 🤢🤮. Red car black accents 😍.

We all don't have temperature controlled storage. My hole is dry...lol I don't drive my 2021 Challenger Scat in Winter here in Vermont, which I realize isn't 100 % insurance against rot. I haven't had any issues like this, knock on wood. I drove an RT Shaker 5.7 for years, and never had that issue, I think the main defense is keep it off of snowy roads.

2009 rt , rust in both sides ,the passenger side is nearly completely gone and rusted through in the arch and back of the arch too near the bumper..far as I know the demon is the only one that didn't get the foam, I'm currently in the process of having both quarters and outer wheel houses replaced ..I'm on the east coast

I’m having this engine light on my 2015 rt challenger 🤦🏽‍♂️

07 Charger SRT8. Removed all foam manually in 2018 with endoscope camera, self made bendable steel hooks via windows and holes in rockers. It took 2 months. None panel was cut, none weld spot drilled. Rockers saved. Rust prone area #2 are front rails above subframe rear bolts (engine bay). Exhaust headers overheating those places. Ablility to check inside by removing mastic patch out of window at outer sides of rails. Greetings from Ukraine

Just picked up the newest car ill probably ever own. I traded in my 06 R/T Charger for a 16 Challenger R/T. I cant wait to change the exhaust. I installed Borla S type on the Charger couldn't get Atak for that year. I was VERY disappointed. However You just sold me back on Atak. Nice 🤙 sounds Awesome. Its new years day 2023. I didnt look to see when this was made Lol. Happy new year. Be safe God Bless. Oh the car only has 18,000 miles on it.

Got the borla Atak on my SXT, swear the HP went up and it pops and screams now in sport mode, has a low rumble in regular mode. Highly recommend this exhaust system, totally worth the 1500.

My 2012 sxt does the same thing where you get on it and let off it stays high rpm for like 3 seconds i was worried too because i only had it a week so far but im guessing its normal, mine dont have a sport mode.

The V6 can't compare the the Hemi's, but that said, if you look at the Muscle Car legends of the 60s and 70s, the V6 Challenger is as fast or faster than 75 percent of those boulevard bruisers! 0-60 times in the low 6s and quarter miles in the low 14s is plenty fast!
