Side locks are independent of main lock.which is major drawback.anyone can open both side locks

bought it thinking it's more secure than zip trolley. the lock pops open. went on two trip with this trolley. both times it popped off . the airline staff had to wrap a plastic wrapper to secure the trolley.

I have this luggage, and I have nothing but troubles, the locks the doesn't serve its purpose, since the lock hooks are inside, it will detached or opens on its own whenever its passing to an uneven surface.. I bring it to a service center and they keep saying no issues found and possible I just didn't close it properly that's why it opened on its own, lol, zip design is more secured than this.

Hands down one of the best bags I ever owned. Too bad this series got discontinued. If possible, make these kind of great bags again in India as the current line-up of bags is very poor.

The first luggage I ever buy in my life and I got disappointed. I purchased this before the pandemic and only fly twice. I keep it on safe place, but now Both up and side Handler are broken as fuc*, it designed not to last long… I tried to contact Official store and they did not want to gave me information about the service center. As my experience on this brand, 3 years warranty is just a gimmick. It did not last that long !!

My american tourister luggage cracked just after 3 years of purchase even i haven't used it in last 2 years because of pandemic. Last night, i just packed my bag to go back my home. It cracks around the handle just after lifting it. I really lost faith in american tourister luggage.
