Not using a wacuum is just plain lazy. Cleanup is much easier and reduces the fine particles from making their way into the hvac. Do you not value the air you breathe. You may revisit this comment in 20 years if your health is compromised.

The cut is truly amazing. 1st year in carpentry and pray I'm able to make cuts as flawless as this. Definitely noticed the perfect staircase effect. Staggered nicely!

Another pro tip: cut the bad board also while your cutting the door jam. Not too much though. Just an or two is just fine. 9/10 when installing these types of floors. The quarter round will cover it up. Leaving looking beautiful while making it easier on you while installing 😉

Everyone on here loving the work but look closely when sliding the board n the trowel marks doesn't change so glue has set way to long
@ExcellenceHardwoodFlooring8 ай бұрын
That glue isn’t dry so fast after spreading.Mapei 975 is a thick adhesive,wouldn’t dry in 3 minutes after spread for sure

You shouldn't hit the wood, you should use rubber blocks against it.
