Hi Paddy, just to let you know I am releasing my music video for the song 'Wexford heart & home' tomorrow on KZbin. I used this footage and have credited you accordingly. Thank you so much for taking these videos and capturing the spirit and essence of Wexford life.

Hi Paddy, I have been looking for footage regarding the commerative marches for 1798. Other KZbinrs with this type of footage have not replied. Did you film this yourself, cos it would fit well into the project. 🙂

Hello Emer, I patched this together from bits and pieces I got from a friend who videoed the marches. The pathe news video is already in the public domain , so I'm sure you could use some or all of it. I dubbed Nancy singing onto the video.

Thanks Paddy for posting this on KZbin - I had it on Vimeo and not sure where the original file is at the moment! This is really special. Its the air to which the well known song The Streams of Bunclody was sung in Bunclody years ago. I personally prefer to sing it to this air. Fr De Vál and Lucy sang it for me at a gathering in Bunclody Library in 2011 while I was facilitating a community song project there.

I also want to bare witness to their bad treatment especially by clergy and government's. It was them parasites we should have run out and not our own down trodden people that had to take to the highway's and byways of their own country. I hope it's not to late to make amends and ask for forgiveness from our people. 💞🎻🎻✌️☘️

The way we treated /treat our own travelers community is shameful. We should all bow our heads in shame at what we did and didn't do for our own. There's good and I'll in us all. ✌️☘️

Hubert Schneider, Rheine, North Part of Germany, I like this Irish Sessions, this is music for my soul, because my heart and my feeling is "Irish". I have irish friends in Aglish, near Waterford, when I visit them, so we went in the Evening-time at the "Marine-Bar" near Dungarvan, and have their also nice Session, and I play sometimes with my friends together Akkordeon and Piano, everytime thats greatful, indeed!!
