Love this printer; it's a trusty workhorse. Did the one minute reset and that fixed my problem. But I'm saving this video for the future. Baking a board? Who came up with this solution? Amazing.

That cable was definitely a phone line type cable and most likely was put in by Frontier. The cable would normally be at least 18" from the surface if they did it per code. The ground junction box indicates that underground phone lines were installed at some point and might still be used as a backup feed though not likely anymore. Most the the phone junction boxes are on the pole for above ground phone lines but now fibre is being installed though Frontier had been taking fibre to the pole and then cooper from the pole to the house but to compete with Spectrum and Green Light, fibre is now going to the house to provide gigabit Internet and phone service.

Why aren't your video views increasing? And not reaching people? The reason is: Your video thumbnails aren't eye-catching enough Lack of audience Your content is fantastic. With the right thumbnails and audience, it can attract more viewers and keep them engaged. If you improve these aspects, you should see a significant increase in views and engagement. Feel free to ask me any questions!

If your remodeling, I would have removed the lower cabinets and sheet rock with the title attached. A lot quicker and no patching required.

Damn I would have bought them out too -- that probably cost them more in shipping and labor than they made selling it.

last month I went to my local lowes and they had spax mdf and hardwood screws on sale from $12 to 3.50 a box. Needless to say I bought that store and another store out.

when dealing with lawnmowers that are not bypassed, you have atleast 3 to 4 switches that if engaged will not let the mower crank over. atleast you got it to crank though

Thank you!! My P2015n has been fixed! Baked at 190 Celsius (pre-heated) for 7 minutes, while also unsticking the plastic protector sheet from the board, just to be sure nothing melts. Other plastic components, such as socket connectors, were unharmed - don't worry, they will not melt.

Will you be bolting or welding your top plate to the 'I-Beam'? I've run across a couple jobs that did weld it and was a bit of a bear grinding it out due to the welder going with deep penetration welds, which was totally not needed. Tack weld any 2 of 4 corners works just fine. For my 1 of 3 post removal (middle one) I wanted three 8 foot pool tables in a 26x52 foot ranch house full basement. Was a bit of a challenge to properly support that 28 foot wide span but worked out fine.

I cover securing the jack posts in part 2! I wouldn't be surprised if welding the posts in place was required by code in some jurisdictions. Going above and beyond is always better in my opinion. If my posts were not destined to be enclosed in walls, I would have secured them with 4 bolts at the top and bottom rather than the 2 I used.

Great video! I have the 1887. it has started making a motor rattle.. loudest at slow, less at medium and none at fast. I see the shaft moving slightly in and out, causing the rattle... thus at high speed it "pulls" the shaft and does not move back and forth. Could this be one or both spacers going/gone? Help please! :)

My LaserJet CP1215 has a similar sound. I was led to believe it was the fuser unit, so I replaced it -- still an issue. I then pulled out the transfer drum assembly and that's all running fine. All the gears seem to be fine, so I'm running out of moving parts. This matches the noise I get on power-up, so I'm assuming this is next for me. I'll have to do some testing and confirm before stripping it apart.

Sir, if you'd like to make this project easier for you in the future, please remove BOTH wheels to facilitate the removal of the friction disk shaft. Afterward, you can grease the wheel axe with an antiseize compound. Hope this helps.

I have had this printer in my school library for about 10 years and could not get it to work after replacing the cartridge in it. I ordered two new cartridges that would be wasted money if I could not get it to work, so I thought, why not try this! I followed your video for removing the formatter board and baking it in my oven for 8 minutes @ 375*. I am proud to report that this was the ticket that fixed my problem. Right now it is working perfectly!!! Thank you!!!

Great video! I got a P2015d to work again by baking the formatter board for 8 min at 400 F, component side up, on a sheet of aluminum foil with aluminum foil balls holding up the corners of the board. Note: Pull the side cover off from the back, not the front.
