Yep. What us as cleaners need to understand... there's always that "cheap" guy who HUNGRIER than us - knocking doors. Which makes marketing to past and current clients are KEY for growth.

Nice video , I purchased The Sky vac 85 with Two stage motors back in 2016 . I Notes there was a few trees planted Close to The walls in The being of your video , I see The same thing out here in Calforia 😎 make. I make a point to explain to the homeowner the problem with that, anybody reading this post I’m gonna drop a nugget of knowledge ! When planting trees around the wall off fence a building a house you have to take into consideration how big it’s gonna get when it matures in most cases 20 feet away from the walls could still be considered too close. Do you want to think about the route system, how long the branches are gonna grow keep in mind if the tree grows higher than the roof and it’s close by the roof, the rats climb up the branches jump on the roof and try to eat their way in through ventilation ducks are climb down the pipes

I still have TWO machines. I caught a "bad one" but their customer service and repair depot looked out for me- he even DROVE out to me from NC to do the repair. These machines are work horses. I put mine thru the mud- literally😁 i highly reccommend. You can charge $169 on the LOW side for a 2 story and be done in a hour/ pay $60 - 80 labor- great profit margins. Review coming soon.

It basically kept working not sure why it was vibrating but I did do a oil change on it. The vibration reduced down but I also had to change the belt soon after this was vibrating....not cheap.

We've only been doing this for a week with a national company and after invoicing for 140 hours of backbreaking labor they're only gonna pay us about $300. My 2 sons quit their jobs to do this business. I can see why so many people go bankrupt doing P&P.

Thanks. I typically raise my rates 10-15% each year. Im closing on a sweet spot for gutter cleaning, my customers are complaing how high i am, but still order the service. Problem is, "Cheap Guy, Larry" is out here- knockin doors! But this year - organic Google is keeping food on the table!

Yes. I typically use suction setting to "grab" a clump and use Vac-Release to drop it to the ground. And to "check" my work- i switch to blow setting and see what flys up. Im going to do another update video on best SkyVac tech.

Not sure but I definitely changed the oil and the belt broke shortly forcing me to change the belt and the vibration disorder went away

I have the same problem with my Briggs Stratton Vanguard 30LPM. Took to a technician this morning because I don't.want to cause damage. He said don't use it so I've left it with him. I thought it might be the pump, debris in the pump suction valves but he said no after checking it, thinks it's possibly the belt has slackened (belt driven pressure washer) off or it's the engine.. Hopefully he will get it running as I've had to cancel all my jobs.
