you can skip all that dangerous crafting nonsense and just buy a reciprocating saw like that for around as much as the drill... or just find a lady on a dating app that's separated and take it from her husband's tool box. lol.

The only things he did that was iffy was the use the angle grinder with it guard, use a glove and not use the screw on handle two hands on the tool. Interestingly he used the handle in project so he is using more safety protocol with his creation than on the tools he used to make it. . People still disagree on the glove, but had surgeons will tell you the glove will just get caught up in anything so worse than not using a glove. It is better to get cut the have cuts and a crushed bones.

1:08 That tool I already have for years, but won't use it for undoing nuts and bolts - for that I use a spanner, the chain is, a.o., for oil filters. 1:42 I use a C-clamp, easy, cheap, good quality. 4:-03 I have circular saws in various sizes, works like a charm. 4:19 Ever heard of a set of spanners? I can only say, my life will most definitely NOT be changed!

If you can afford a welder, rod, helmet, grinder, wheels, electricity and car valves, you can afford a hole saw set from Horrible Fate (HF) get different holes cleaner truer and faster. 😉👍

OK for a quicky puller, but millions of people are not buying pullers. Your design has a couple flaws- 1. 60 degree threads are not good for pressure, they will quickly gall and bind- you need an acme or square thread. 2. your adjustment for the bearing size is OK for some applications, but if you need to get the puller into a recess you will not be able to adjust it.

Angle of your rod is wrong, also that weld is just for looks. You need to run a full bead for penetration and with that thick of material you will never get it hot enough with tacks.

I worked with a guy who laid down very pretty stick welds. However, that was the extent of it. His welds were poor with very poor penetration but, they looked good . I suspect the welds laid out in this video are the same, especially if that square tube stock has any decent wall thickness.
