I met the old man in this video during the early days of my life, lots of fun times with regards to our chocolate adventures. I can say with 100% accuracy and confidence that he is a top tier chocolatier or a chocolate master and thus very intelligent/smart with regards to things related to chocolate from start to finish.

That would definitely work in dry arid countries. However, I don't think all kinds of varieties of fruits and plants can grow in that kind of environment.

Using coconut coir , do you use a open plastic container to hold it
@TrueGarden

Tower Garden offers Net Pots which are baskets that snap into the grow ports. They also offer clips to hold your growing medium in place for quick harvests. At our farm, we actually have screws to hold the coco coir which is wrapped in a plant cellulose wrapper in place.

We have been open for 10 years and still growing strong. We know of many vertical farms that have been growing for years such as one of the largest, Scissortail in OK. New farms are popping up globally.

I wonder about the round vs elongated ones since the best I've ever had have always been twice as long than wide, but they were also massive like 30-40lbs.

My sense of smell never fully came back after having Covid 4 years ago. My taste is still pretty good though, some things taste a tad bit milder than they used to but nothing incredibly noticeable.

I love the idea of vertical farming but unfortunately , it has not stood the test of time for most types of plants. Lettuce and strawberries might be the exception but mist other commercial vertical farms have closed.

Unlrss they recycle the water, when its released its full of nitrogen the very thing they are shutting farms down in europe for. So there is a conflict somewhere. Its either bad or its not.

GROWN WITHOUT REAL FRESH AIR, REAL DIRECT SUN LIGHT, REAL SOIL... AND EVEN WATERLESS DO you understand how it will affect human's bodies? whatever they say - the nutritional value of this food is very low if not harmful. It is enough to look at the color of the salads and compare it with the dark green color of the salads which we get from the real soil, sun, etc. It means they have a very low content of chlorophyll, just for starters.

@@TrueGarden I spoke about REAL sunlight and a real soil, wind = real nature. I am not surprised that people like your products, the question is what kind of experience they have had in other countries with a real food. Sorry, nothing personal, but I am a strong supporter of the natural farming. Good luck.

@@milakletsky1510 For soil-based farmers, a change in weather can be the difference between a record harvest and a debilitating season. But with Tower Farms, you never have to worry about droughts or floods. And if you grow indoors or in a greenhouse, you can even control temperature, light, humidity, and other variables to consistently produce predictable yields, regardless of the weather.

According to a Washington Post article (30/03/24) these vertical hydroponic greenhouses use in some cases the same amount of energy per square feet as a data center. Which is a lot!
