Hi, listening requires extra effort. Tips to improve mark: 1. Regularly listen to British English podcasts (eg: BBC global news) for minimum 1 hour 2. Practice writing using pencil 3. Listen and write at the same time (for part A). Let your hands move when you hear the answers. 4. For part B, read the questions and listen for the answers key. 🔑 When it matches, mark A, B, or C. 5. Follow the same for PART C. Just match the keywords in the answers with the questions 6. Use elimination method for part B and C 7. Don’t lock on one question for part C. They don’t follow the question order. Keep looking for the keys. They will go back and forth. Careful especially if same keys are repeated in multiple answers. 8. Relax. Best wishes.

Sure. Option B is supposed to be done by the male nurse, and he tell the nurse TO DO option C. Therefore, these two are not the answer. Question is "what is the female nurse in charge doing" (present continuous). She is setting up program to "visit local colleges universities and businesses". Hi, it talks about A and B but does not mention C. A and B are not the answers, and the audio does not contain anything about option C. Medical knowledge is required here to answer this particular question(which is not supposed to be so) Cirrhosis can be caused by the abnormal accumulation of alpha-1 antitrypsin within hepatocytes.

@@ansuantony1859 yes, most of the answers in A part are too lengthy unlike IELTS which only has maximum of 3 words missing. What can you do here? - start writing as soon as you hear. - keep your hand ready to write. Let’s hope that the real exam is easier.

Hi, 31 answer is B. (Red blood cell antigens are protein molecules.) It says at 21:12 "viruses and bacteria carry an antigen" .. It does not say they are antigen but they carry antigen. Why answer is B?: 21:22 body most red blood cell antigens are protein molecules on the surface of red blood cells white blood cells produce

@@ansuantony1859your observation is correct. OET is a play of words. There is an ambiguity in the options. It does say “most red blood cells”. Which is close. We can’t really take option A which says viruses and bacteria are antigens. (Audio says” they carry antigens”) While viruses and bacteria carry antigens (specific molecules that can trigger an immune response), they themselves are not classified as antigens. Antigens are defined as substances that provoke an immune response, and both viruses and bacteria contain various antigens on their surfaces.
