Samsung is junk! I spent about 10,000 on everything. Dish washer mess up in a month. Refrigerator ice maker keeps on freezing up! Microwave is going crazy! As I am looking up my gas range - well guess what? Now having issues with that! And all bought at the same time all about 4 years old! Sticking with whirlpool and there not the best either! The problem is all this fancy crap!

I have to disagree Steve. I have purchased countless Samsung products (I currently have: TV x 3 QLED's, microwave, fridge, range, washer and dryer) and they have been amazing. Most of the items, I've had for more than 5 years and no problems. I usually purchase another Samsung item to upgrade, I don't wait till it break downs. I've also purchased items from other companies and they have broken down the same. The difference between Samsung and other companies, in my opinion, is that Samsung's design, quality, and lifetime are excellent. I say, do more research on the products you purchase and set expectations on the lifetime of the product. A tip, Samsung is awesome at repairing/replacing your items if its not working well, just be nice when speaking with a rep. Hope this helps!

I just bought 4 of these. 1 for each bedroom. Thought it came with 2 batteries. It did not but...coming to find out. A spare battery almost cost have of the price of the complete vacuüm cleaner . Crazy!

My family has had a Samsung gas oven for two and a half years and first the spark plug for burners went on it so we replaced the spark plug but it still didn't work so we had to use a lighter to start it. Now the oven is not heating up so it's complete garbage no point of putting more money into it, it cost us $2000 and it all went down the toilet

Decent looking range, but a very underwhelming installation job on integrating it with the adjoining counters and cabinets ... look at that huge 2" gap on the right at 2:26. Lotta dirt and crap's gonna fall there.

I have a problem with temperature while I’m cooking!! So I set temperature at 350f when I put the food in the oven temperature it go down to 300f and it take time about 15 minutes to go back to 350f , I got 2 oven thermometer inside!! Is your oven the same with me?? Because I contract Samsung they said it’s normal!

That sounds like a thermal recovery issue. Im guessing you could improve it by putting something on the bottom rack to serve as a heat sink ... say a ceramic pizza stone, or a large flat cast iron griddle, or heck, a piece of heavy steel plate. It will add a few mins to the initial preheat time, but the added thermal mass should help speed thermal recovery and smooth out temp swings caused by opening the oven door.

Unfortunately they fail to tell you that is separate. We bought the exact same stove because of that middle griddle on display. Nope, that was a $100 additional charge. Well, we didn't get one.

i needed a new mattress for my ikea beddinge futon. i only keep it in bed form. i never put it in couch mode. so i wanted to get some memory foam thing but was looking for a medium/firm with a bit of squish to it. termpur pedic was also way too stiff for me, as well as serta. i was browsing costco yesterday...and noticed this on sale for 160...instead of close to 300 dollars! i trust costco products and I got it, going to try it out. I took it out of the box, unfolded it and instantly it popped up. I slept on it last night for the first time and I must say..the first night was GREAT sleep. much better than my old mattress! which was close to 10 to 12 years old. if not more o.o I can only give this a full review after about a month of sleeping on it though. but first impressions...leave me impressed so far

Is anyone else having an issue with the control panel? Like the time is on but when you push the buttons nothing happens? The lock icon is not visible indicating it is locked. I have to turn the power off at the breaker or unplug it from the wall to rest it to be able to bake again then a day later it happens again!
