What i have noticed about Messi over the years , is the fact that almost all oppositional players , underestimated his speed and power , due to his low centre of gravity and small body-frame ....but he was like a type of 'Maradonna on steriods ' On some video clips you could see how some oppositional players look at him ... It was not a look of respect ( because no one were afraid of him or even respected him - that came only later ) ...but it was more a look of a question mark ...almost like ..." Who does small little boy think he is ???..we will destroy him " ... That explains why even Neuer ( Germany keeper ) who played for Bayern , released a statement wherein he said .. " i will stop Messi " ....Well , Messi went pass him twice .. They couldnt fathom the idea of Messi beating all of them ( since he was only known in Spain and Argentina ) .. Players who understood football though , knew that Messi was different ...Players like Thierry Henry ...Players like Zinedine Zidane & Ronaldo r9 who said before an el classico years ago ..." watch out for that small boy from Argentina ...he is dangerous " ... Messi is a unique talent that will not come around easily again ...He is the most mathematical footballer i have ever seen ...a genius ... He does not play like playstation ... He IS playstation

메시 드리블이 수비수가 확실히 까다로움. 제낀다고 툭 차놓는 공이 다른 수비수가 태클하기 애매한 정도로, 그리고 자기가 더 유리한 지점에 차기 때문에 그걸 미끼로 태클 들어오면 한명더 제끼기 쉬워지네

그게 아니라 메시는 수비수가 들어오기 기다렸다가 달려 들어오는 선수가 태클로 발 뻗을 타이밍에 빈틈 다리 공간 사이로 공을 흘려 제낌. 가만히 있다가 빠르게 한번 페인팅모션을 반대로 흘려주고 순삭속도로 제끼면서 순간순간 반응해버리니 매우 어려움. 또 메시의 능력은 볼 트래핑이 예술임. 발 끝 감각으로 공을 미세 터치함. 아주 짧게 살짝 우리가 공을 가만히 서서 발앞에 둘수있는 능력이 있다고 한다면 메시는 뛰면서 매우 빠른 잔발로 바로 볼을 본인 앞에 둘수있는 미세터치를 달리면서 할수 있음. 거기다 수비수가 다리사이 발을 뻗을 타이밍을 알고 있어서 피할수 없는 각에서 수비수가 다리 들어올리는 그 순간의 찰나! 다리사이로 살짝 빼버림. 또 평소 상체 움직임이 크지 않은 스타일이기에 갑작스런 패인팅모션을 쓰면 너무 움직임이 커보여 다 속음. 거기다 더 미치는건 역시 움직임이 크지않은 아주 효율적인 팬텀 드리블! 들어오면 뚝 딱이면 끝! 그리고 볼 차는 각도 방향과 위치 힘조절 본인 달리는 순간속도에 수비수의 움직임 방향 예측에~~~~휴~~~ 암튼 말해 뭐함 저세상 선수임.
