It's kinda struggling rn. It seems to be new, or it just went public since I see prices going back to 2022. Last year. But either way, I have my eyebrows raised in a good way. I know it's normal for newer companies to struggle, so I'm not too turned off by negative earnings. Newer companies have more debt than older companies, so Im open minded. I'm hoping to see things grow. I'm gonna add to my watchlist. I like the price at 5 dollars right now and want to jump on it, but I'm terrified of potential failure. I'm a long term investor, so I don't care about short term losses. Cheaper the better. I'm kinda twiddling my fingers and cackling in a smoke filled back room over the decline in Realty's share price cuz the more I get in the beginning, the higher my monthly income from dividends, despite an unrealized loss of near 100 dollars, plus a realized loss of about 50 ish i intend to write down on my taxes. But then, the double whammy of capital gains, later down the road is in my future. I see according to yahoo finance, you have an earnings date coming up on the 9th of next month. I will look forward to seeing what you're capable of as a business. Barely trading above penny stock status. I love it. But I hope to see positive numbers on your report, soon. Btw, final note, I only want ro see a dividend cut if youbdrop from quarterly to monthly, because any investor would say a 10 cent ber quarter cant compete with 4 cents per month. also, not only no cuts, but I want growth overtime.

all these culture change measures seem to be coming at a time of increased oversight of employee activity. It exemplifies a lack of trust. You can't trust someone who distrusts you. it renders DEI even moreso than ever, another metric. There is no culture change available, only compliance. Compliance as culture is not agility in any way.
