John's sister, Audrey, didn't give her brother's wooden gun to anyone. It was stolen from her little home in Maywood. Fortunately, it was recovered and returned.

Yes, they will never be able to make the John H Dillinger museum anything like what Mr Joe Pinkston had in Nashville. We do miss going with our grandmother, John's niece, so we can hear her talk about growing up with her Uncle John. All of our family letters and pictures are what we miss the most.
