Can someone explain to me why I can't update the firmware on this gimbal using the app? We are in 2015? Even trying with PC or Mac, it won't let me do it; things like this are so simple it makes me reconsider going back to DJI

I like your gimbals but I need a side handle like the DJI so I can put accessories, 😊 would this handle you have is almost impossible to use any other accessories😢😢😢😢😢. I don't want to do it but I think I'm going to switch to dji. I have three different gimbals for you guys. But unfortunately I need something else.

Zhiyun Weebill 2 gimbal is not turning on after 5 months of non-use, but when it is plugged in for charging, it charges, even after that it is not turning on, and next that puted on charge, again but not turn on at all ! Is it possible to adjust the sensitivity of the focus wheel? I have to turn it a lot to follow focus. Can it be set so that the entire focus range is controlled within, say, half a turn of the wheel?

Gimbals became very complex to balance. Crane 2 is the easiest of all yet, Run and Gun for weddings.
