That is called hindsight Some of them offer 15 or 30 seconds settings for hindsight

thanks for the information, I want to ask, if we record with 5 minutes or 20 minutes the video will automatically stop and save the video? and after that the recording process will continue without us having to press a button? what i mean is the video stops 5 minutes then shoots again 5 minutes then stops and so on like that? Is it true?

Hope this helps, while in loop mode the video constantly loops to the set amount say 15 mins thus only using a 15 min portion of your memory card, when you press stop you will save only the last 15 mins. Be sure to take plenty of batteries and be sure the loop time you use is long enough to record any of your perceived encounters. Tight lines.

Don't use looping unless you're absolutely sure you'll remember to shut it off after catching a big fish. Otherwise you'll lose the video.

Hi m8 I've been fishing the dee in chester for 40 + yrs had some nice pike to 26lb quite a few good doubles and perch to 5lb if you want any tips on hot spots let me know.

thanks for the Video I've been Fly Fishing and my Go Pro hero 7 will only record for 1 min. then shut down. Hopefully this setting will record some good catch and release Video.. Tight line...

I put it on looping mode, stop recording after I have caught a fish, i caught 5 fish, shouldn't I only have 5 sections that recorded plus the last one. I end up with 60 or 70 sections. I took it off looping and just recorded all day long thinking I would have only 1 section, again, 60 or 70. What am I dong wrong?

I prefer worm hooks Buddy, I like to fish a sliding bullet weight which in my opinion gives the lure more freedom of movement.

I carry lots of spare batteries and by using the looping function it enables me to generally only use a small portion of memory card.

Set it on 4K 120 high bit rate and raw audio, you get like 3 hours and 26 minutes or something like thay

So it deletes the past 20 mins then? Let’s say you just hooked up into a big ole boy right ? Yeah scream YES!!!... I just hooked into a ...... bam 20 mins hits and that’s lost now. I think just hit recorded you go awhile right ? You get nothing just go in a delete that vid. I check mine every 15-20 mins myself to make sure I’m still recording and if I’ve gotten nothing I just delete past video.

Simply set the recording loop to a higher value if that's what you require, personally 20 mins suites my requirements hope this helps

It doesn't matter how many minutes you select. If you hook a giant in let's say the final 5 minutes it's going to time out in 5 minutes while you are still fighting the fish right? You have to stop and start again before it times out on you.

No, it records the 20mins in 5 min blocks, so deletes 5 mins at a time. Supposedly. I can’t get mine to work. Have it on 5min looping and it records in 1min blocks, but never over rides so it is essentially useless. I’m obviously doing something wrong.
