I used a tremolo and controlled the rate of it with the expression pedal. Hope that helps :)

How do you make the covers? Do you record the audio first or record it along with the video?

I record the audio at the same time as the video, otherwise it would be very difficult to sync everything perfectly. However, I record audio and video in separate devices and then sync them up on the video editing software.

@@mahafeitosa Thank you very much for your response. For my first cover attempt, I chose the song 'Sextape' by Deftones. First, I recorded the guitar, then I made a video. Synchronizing was really challenging, but playing along with the video feels even harder because playing in front of the camera is very nerve-wracking. That’s why I wanted to ask. :)

haha! I vaguely remember a video from the Ashes of the Wake era where either Willie or Mark were demonstrating how they warm up and this main riff was the example they shared. It is a great warm up indeed. Thanks for checking my video :)
