I didn’t care for the main couple at all. But THIS?!??!?! Wished they developed this relationship more instead. They’d make SUCH a power couple. The writers totally messed up his storyline. His character was all over the place. Her character was so well written.

Amo a esta pareja con toda mi alma. Ellos son la única pareja del drama que me gusto. Me hubiera gustado ver más de ellos, ver su vida después de casarse. Pero espero que al menos algún productor los elija para protagonizar un drama romántico. Ellos deben protagonizar un drama juntos. Son tan geniales y se ven maravillosamente juntos. Tienen mucha química.

@@liliagonzaga8687 Nah Yang Ying has never been pregnant and this 3:32 is a scene from another drama called ' who rules the world ' she played the younger ver. of Bai fengxi in the flashback. As for the birth scene it's not her but instead the empress dowager of Wu (in that scene she just put up an act to fool her brother-in- law's rebellious plan against the country. And the kid's scene running down the street and learning is real in drama but we don't know whose kid but most likely the main CP's (Ning yuanzhou & Ren ruyi)kid named Ning Shisan which appeared in the final scene of the last episode. Other children's scenes are cut from other drama which I didn't know.Furthermore the couple (Li Tongguang & Yang Ying) didn't even appear after 10yrs later in the actual drama. So it actually half real and l really want more of their story because just right after l finished the serie my brain keep thinking about what happened to them after 10yrs and i desperately need their incomplete story so badly. Hope this helps

I found a few well-written fan fiction that offer a short continuation of their story. Very helpful to help close the story of Yang Ying and Li Tongguang. 😍

@@bdnaj4615 there are several in Archive of Our Own that are in English. My favourite was a 3-chaptered plus 1 epilogue version called Living With Ghosts by thefeastandthefast. So beautifully written!! I am glad she wrote the Epilogue ..not to be missed. There's another one called Strays by 50percentsugar. I found them by using the tags A Journey to Love and Li Tongguang Yang Ying. These two fanfics gave me some closure. There are several others to feed my hunger for this couple to make it to a place of healing...and especially for Li Tongguang to get a redemptive arc... I hope there will be others writing as well. Let me know how you enjoy these pieces.... 🤔🤗
