how do I explain this to my under 8s team I’m managing and most of them don’t have there own phones

Have you ever noticed how players are constantly on the move, executing dynamic rotations with exciting underlapping and overlapping runs? It’s a thrilling spectacle! Sometimes they seem to glide effortlessly even without that rotation, which makes me wonder-what do you think about it? Your insights could shed light on their strategy! When building their 2-3-2-3 formation, they unleash a whirlwind of short passes, always forming essential triangles to keep the ball flowing. It’s fascinating! I’d love to hear your thoughts on this electrifying style of play. I’ve particularly observed this with the Spanish women's team during the 2023 World Cup and some matches afterward, but not as much in the 2024 Olympics. Their use of underlapping and overlapping runs, along with the half-space in the buildup and triangles utilizing width, is striking. Additionally, I’ve noticed that Jenny Hermoso, usually playing as the number 10, often drops back to help with overloads and triangulation, depending on what the team needs. I would appreciate your input on how you train for this. I’ve seen some videos of Ajax men's training, particularly their total football concept. They conduct drills focused on buildup, with another team applying pressure, and continuously work through this exercise with the goalkeeper involved, building up in a 2-3-2-3 formation. This includes building through width with triangle rotations and positional play. I would greatly appreciate any insights you could share on this. Thank you!
