NO...don't waste your money! A machine with an arm that short will give you about 3 inches to quilt and then everything has to be moved again and squared up again! I had a "Cutie" frame with a 19" longarm and quilting was a chore. Don't do it!

I have watched both videos on tension and I am still confused as to where I find the printable guide that you show here. I would really love to have it. I wrote to Grace and asked about it after watching part 1, and someone sent me a link, but the linked never worked. Can you direct me to where to find it please?

It’s 2025 now ( so past the masks) and I’m having a very hard time understanding your muffled voices. Try to record another video. I just got the frame, have some issues with it. I guess one should not start with a king quilt!!!!

So it's okay to work from left to right? I just watched another video that said to always work right to left. Is this only when starting your quilting?

I’ve ordered the mini quilt frame, a smaller frame for table top than the cutie frame, so I’m thinking laser on stencils will work very much the same just a shorter range and more moving of the quilt. I can see the stencil or pantograph motif must be about a 4-5” diameter. I didn’t know about the separate stitch regulator, and plan to use my foot control. I actually appreciate seeing the issue like moving it and catching it as those are all part of the learning curve and it’s helpful to see that live! Saw several of your videos, including the tip to have the foot pedal sideways so as not to hit the thread cutter accidentally, which I’m always doing on the Juki!

Ugh! 😩 I have done this method with the top piece about one inch too short. Then after ripping the seam, line up and pin for a perfect line up.

I learned thru a comment section the 16x longarm cannot be upgraded, I canceled and upgraded 19x elite so I can upgrade to an auto quilt program
