Dude, totally agree. QA testing is obviously at a minimal compared to the way Devs used to drop games. Probably just test the game on a dozen randomly spec'd PC's That roughly run the gambit. That and the Devs by now have to know about the inherent UE5 issues up front.

I’ve been thinking on it for a couple of days and I just don’t see how unreal engine five is going to play out to be a great experience for an FPS with all of its horrible stuttering and frame pacing issues. Everyone says about every developer that uses unreal engine that they can do better, which may be true, but I have yet to experience any game that I’ve played on unreal engine as of late four or five that doesn’t have that awful stutter. You do in single player titles, but that is unacceptable and any FPS setting. Here’s hoping that CD Projekt Ref actually affects UE5 in the way we all hope they do..

The vast majority of 343 industries is gone. The team we have now is night and day different from the team that made and shipped Infinite. They name change was because the vast majority of people will never trust the name 343 Industries again. It was also a shift for the company as a whole. Pierre Hintz made it very clear that the 343 way of making games is dead, they want halo to be how it was under bungie. UE5 was definitely a logical change, the Slipspace engine is basically just a modernized version of the BLAM! engine that CE ran on, so not a single game dev out their knows how to use it. Nearly every dev will be able to use UE5, plus it means Halo Studios doesn't have to focus on putting money into and maintain their own engine, they can focus solely on making (hopefully) quality games.

There's a lot of way on how to beat Lyrilusc (some better some worse). If your Deck can play them, play a playset of a Kaiju. Some like Radian even work together with some skills and they are good against other prominent decks too. The obvious one's like Book of Eclipse and Ice Dragon's Prison fit in every deck (Book of Eclipse is just rough because you'll need effect removal on top of it to actually do something). That one new Wind Ritual Monster is pretty much an instant win as it completely negates Assembled Nightingale. Dark Ruler no more works too for the few people who have it. But even a simple D.D crow can stop them from doing their thing. Main target would obviously be a Cobalt Sparrow in GY after Beryl Canary effect activation. Even Drowning Mirror Force, if your Deck plays enough backrow, as Lyrilusc can spin backrow away, but struggles to do more than one within engine. Effect Veiler on Cobalt Sparrow might stop their turn, or at least weakens their end board. Kiteroid can save you but I would honestly just not anymore. And most of the time a single one will not even safe you. And if you REALLY hate them... just play poisonous winds. Obviously some don't do anything when going first, and other struggle going second, but it always depend on what your deck can do.

I would love ubisoft to start doing well again, but the only way thats gonna happen is if they quit their greedy businesse practices and clean up their act
