I also Velcro my Knives in like this but set them out of the buckle on the left side. And Velcro on both side of the knife. Get my Maximus placard in tomorrow and happy to see you take that other one off !

I only like this head for my spotting equipment or cameras due to the fact that the limited range of motion prevents them from drooping too far and possibly tipping the balance on the tripod and falling over. This is not a good option for actually shooting off. IMHO

Btw, thanks for posting this. No one has any info or hardly any content on the XR. No one including opscore has a helmet cover specifically for the XR

Ive got the XR and ordered the agilite helmet cover. Came in yesterday and found it does not fit like this. I also found why you didnt remove the black foam lining. It is extremely brittle and I ended up ripping it to shreds trying to pull it out to install the agilite velcro stickers. Luckily I had black duct tape to carefully put it back together. Anyway, one of the agilite velcro strips fell off and the cover hangs slightly over the side rails. Theres buckling in the front. It just doesnt fit right. I use a large and ordered a large cover. I guess the XLs fit the XR better.. Sent an email back to agilite. Hopefully they send me another cover.

You took off the whole inner lining? I just removed the pads because I found the memory foam pads a lot more comfortable for long uses like about 5 hrs. No hotspots. That suck about the cover. You got the one for the SF high cut right? Because the XP version is a totally different fit. I had to call and double check the one I was ordering.

Thank you for the great video. I'm to get this for my AMAP and K-Zero. It looks like lead time for ordering from Defense Mechanisms is unfortunately too long to receive it before I get deployed in May, so I'm trying to source it locally. Would you mind telling me the length of the webbing? @edgehoard417

@edgehoard417 Thanks! My last hope to source the buckles locally fell through, so I convinced DM that 8 weeks lead time for cutting 4 ranger green webbing straps was ridiculous, and they agreed to cut and ship ASAP with the buckles in stock.

Yes I still love it. It is very well padded and great if you have a rifle that you just want to leave the suppressor on for whatever reason. It carries what you need without a lot of bulk

Had you tried using and puting radio poches and ifaks on the PLATE CARRIER CUMMERBUND? Maybe another single magpouch as well as a soft plate there?

I did try it but since I wear a battle belt it gets in the way of accessing my pistol mags. I put my IFAK on the 6 o’clock on my belt

So I have to unmount from the dovetail to switch eyes. That’s introducing an opportunity to drop my PVS14. I’ll stick to a Ax14 pro

hi thank you very much for this great video I have always had a big curiosity i wonder how the barrels manufacturers test their barrel for measuring their absolute accuracy This is a very important issue to isolate possible problems when the barrel is mounted on a rifle what i mean is that if i get a very accurate barrel and i dont get tight groups the problems must be somewhere else rifle wind shooter scope and so on

Even though I am sure that beautiful barrel is hand lapped and with no imperfections in the bore, I cringed that you didn't break it in. Maybe you did but not on the video? And what I have read it that thicker barrels are usually more accurate because less vibration (harmonics), but shorter barrels also decrease vibration.
