Derrick James draining his fighter thru training in 100 degree heat is very dumb. Errol Spence was dead as a door nail versus Crawford. To be fully sharp and to practice at the highest speed, excess fatigue through heat is entirely unnecessary. It diminishes the quality of speed work.
