We eat tons of beans. Adding salt to the water makes a difference to the beans' quality. It softens the bean skin resulting in a more even cooking process, less skin ruptures, and better texture.

Can you teach us how to cook zucchini? Mine always comes out soft and mushy or not all the way done. Also cracking an egg. Lol I always have the hardest time opening my egg without it breaking into pieces and eggshells falling in.

Perfect timing I am making a big batch of roasted veg tomorrow. My veg are never crispy. Your method of cutting and giving the pieces more space is good advice and sprinkle with olive oil. Thanks it's all in the method, not just chop and whack like I have been doing.

I have been cooking for 40 plus years and I find that you can always learn something that is new or you have forgotten . So therefor I am enjoying your KZbin Chanel . I find you personality entertaining along with the educational information. What I can live without and find totally unnecessary is the background sounds. I think that it lessens the quality of your videos.
