If I remember right you need to kill all monsters, flying things as well. Use a pyro or electro to melt the ice. Check if you are in focus mode on this mission. Maybe some other mission is blocking a result.

The crystal is in the box. You must have got it. If you are talking about Quarz crystal its part of the mission. You need to melt the ice with fire or electro hero. Game might have changed after two years. Hope it helped.

Hi, my only solution. Check if its the right part of the mission. There are two missions which are called the same. Secondly, try inviting someone and do it together.

At the end when the pillar gets reconstructed, my animation stopped there. Its so frustrating when such things happen after completing a mission like this. Does anyone have any solutions for that?

Strange. Some people reported various bugs in this mission. Usually inviting someone and doing it together helps. Check if you are doing good part, too. Try attcking the shard alone with melt.

The lawachurl is broken… I killed it countless times and it just walks back to where it spawns and fully heals. I think I’ll just skip this quest…

Thank you. I tried Abby's and got to floor ten. I have all characters LV 80 and World lv 5 monsters LV 79 max. Most fun of the game, so I skip Abby's because I'm to weak to go further Xd
