I used to feel that they didn’t want the distinctive bass, but with this tour, the new guy made it even a bit better - he was really awesome

I agree, sound was way too loud and awfully distorted too. Been to multiple New Order performances, loudness and sound quality was never this bad. I enjoyed the performance, but will probably skip next time because of that. No further damage to hearing abilities needed, because of "way to f*cking loud" and in this case really bad sound quality.

Same, I remember this concert very fondly. It's always a shame that these videos can't convey the feeling of actually being in the crowd. The crowd at this concert was unstoppable. Yeah ok Dutch crowd, so not a whole lot of dancing but the energy was real. Slava Ukraini!

01:46 onwards is called Dead Channel Skies. This performance was the support act for OMD, right? I was at that concert and I hadn't heard of Holygram before, but I've loved them ever since. I've been listening to the Modern Cults album a lot since it was released. Do you remember which songs they played during this performance? I don't remember because I wasn't familiar with their songs at the time. I only remember they played Acceleration because the repetitive "acceleration... acceleration..." lyrics got stuck in my head. Interesting that they already played Signals then. It has become my favorite.
