But, can you please explain how he did the card trick where he asked Simon to choose a card (he chose 7 of hearts overruling the other judges takes) and he drew a man pulling the 7 of hearts card from his hat on a flip book...? That was in 2015 earning him the pass to the final round. It was one amazing trick.

The goldfish are in the glass the entire time... if you notice you can't see theough the glass at first and thats because there is a mirror in it... he put the handkerchief over the glass and pulls the mirror out when he takes the handkerchief off. Then if yoy notice now you can see completely through the glass

There was definitely a page in the middle with all the information, and there is a very easy way (I guess that all the magicians out here know) to show all the pages of the book (the way he did) without anyone seeing the page with the information on. I will say the stuff he quoted is not truly on those pages of you get the actual book

A great act, luckily we have the video to refer to. When Alison turns to page 136 we see that she is toward the back of the book, however when he turns to that page he is still looking at the front section of his book - and he always goes to the same spot in his book no matter what page she is on. So if it were an assistant with bluetooth feeding him the answers, he could go to the approximate back of the book for page 136, but he can't, so it must be that he has a cheat sheet toward the front of his book. Also, in the last scene with the empty glasses, you can see a bulge in his pocket where he keeps the glasses, so there is another set of glasses in his pocket. When he reveals his book is blank, he fans the book out from the back first (spine in his right hand) and keeps his left thumb in an awkward spot holding down the front section of the book from being fanned out. The fake out is that he is counting on no one wanting to examine his blank book, thinking there would have been a book switch in his jacket.
