Leuke route, maar IJsselmeer is nog niet zo oud hoor, pas sinds 1932. Is deze route er voor tom tom of zelf maken?
@RonsRoutesКүн бұрын
Ik heb hem zelf gemaakt. Maar ik kan de track mailen. Die past in TomTom

Well Ron that was a trip down memory lane for me. Myself and my partner visited the Netherlands for the first in 2023 and we cycled in some of the places you have just shown us. I love the Netherlands so much I've been three times now, two times on bicycles and one on the motorcycle. Thank you. 👍

Rode that road on a Ducati Monster 900 some years ago. 1st and 2nd gear all the way😱. Nice vid brother

Ron. I passed you on the very same day on the same pass. It was the guy on the side of the road that gave it away. At 10.21 on this video you can see we acknowledge each other. When I got to the driver of the vehicle he had made himself a coffee and on the other side of the pass the old bill (police) were asking me about him. Nice to have seen you and yes, what fantastic passes they are. kzbin.info/www/bejne/nWfZeaCkiph4o7M

Just come back from a few days in Scotland, other than the rain I can't believe how busy the roads are at every hour of the day. Did spoil it a little bit, so few passing places in some areas and people going 20+ under the limit. Sadly the road surfaces are just as shocking as the rest of the UK :(

Great you enjoyed visiting England & the Lake District (where the steep passes are..) Come back again & try "The Struggle" but I'm not sure if the Kirkstone Inn is open any more ..

Prachtig landschap, maar serieus de gewichts verdeling van de motor is echt helemaal verkeerd, mijn vrouw met 0 ervaring is er gewoon overheen gesukkeld het zijn maar 2 of 3 bochten die lastig zijn

Camp sites have licenses (Caravan sites and control of development act 1960) in which is contained their maximum permitted occupancy. In addition to this the, site owners' insurance would also state this. They weren't being mean, purely complying with the law

Bealach Na Ba is the name of the whole pass - it means the pass of the cattle You came across the easy way. There's a couple of hairpin bends that are quite difficult coming in the opposite direction and have to be careful to ensure a clear run

Nice video. Good drone footage. That was quite a jump from Mount Ventoux to Perpignan. Wanabee WSB riders on the road really pisses me off as well, especially the ones who cannot ride and still use the whole road. You can still ride very fast on public roads whilst still only using your side of the road you just need to be able to handle a bike and ride properly. Some years ago I saw a YT video where two bikers had collided each coming from opposite directions on the mountain road section of the Isle of Man TT circuit. The road was not closed and was two way traffic. I think one of the bikers who died from the impact at well over 200mph was German and the other biker was a Brit. One guy was riding fine the other came wide on the bend and collided with the oncoming biker. Killed in a split second. Stupidity. What a waste of life. It was a shame you did not show this idiot biker who nearly hit your friend on your video. I would have reported him to the police if I had filmed him riding so dangerously. Anyway Ron. Good video. Thank you. Where next?

Nice video ! A word of caution : In France, it is strictly forbidden to fly a drone over inhabited areas like a village or a town. If you get caught the drone is confiscated and the fine is up to 15000 €....

You should have tried to book a B&B (bed and breakfast) in Edinburgh. They are often large homes where you have your own room with bathroom and they serve lovely home cooked breakfasts. They also usually have parking. Better than hotels in Edinburgh and cheaper.
@RonsRoutes4 ай бұрын
Thanks. Next time I take that into account
@lovegar4 ай бұрын
You took a big gamble parking your bike in Edinburgh. It has a terrible & deserved reputation for motorbike theft As a Scot we will tell you to avoid Edinburgh on a motorbike tour, leave Edinburgh as a separate holiday not on your bike Looks like you came up the cost road from Northumberland, a better choice is to take the A68, nice twisties and scenes
