Inclusive but except for white straight men = Racism. The colour of your skin and gender and/or sexual orientation should not have anything to with being the best qualified person to get the job. DEI is insane and has be proven by now to be not good, it divides people and bring poorer quality work. I want the best doctor to give me a surgery, I don't care about the colour of his/her skin, gender, etc...

@@user-sl6qb7vw2f ....those people who attempt to gather evidence for those lawsuits typically fail to do so, and lose those cases. Look it up. To deny that discrimination during hiring exists is denying facts observed and reported. At school we are taught that all children in the group are to be chosen from, but as adults in america, despite qualification I can hire as I want, how I want, and who I want. It's sad.
