Hey Maureen Spielman, I saw the videos on your channel. Your video content is excellent. To grow & increase the view of your channel you need to optimize your videos. Inspite all of your efforts videos are not being viewed. Video SEO Score is very low. The title, Description, and Tags are not SEO-friendly. Videos are not shared on Social Media platforms and many other problems are found on your KZbin Channel. If your channel is optimized a little and if the videos are SEO friendly then your channel will rank very fast and your channel will grow. So immediately need SEO for your Videos & KZbin channel. Do you want to improve those problems and grow your KZbin Channel?

This is what i love about mindfulness meditation. It doesn't require you to flee or fight (and that is basically what anxiety is trying to do, flight or fight response gone wild). I used the practices in the mindfulness book "30 Days to Reduce Anxiety" by H. Daniels. Mindfulness takes time to kick in but worked, took about 3 weeks for me.

Thanks for the book reference - always good to have more tools. I think the "being" with our anxiety is a beautiful way of thinking about it instead of trying to push it away. Betsy does such great job of talking about this!
