Some of the Cars will enter service either in February or March 2025, maybe april. Gotta Keep a Close Watch-out around that time because few of the cars will be roaming around in service by Summer time. This was confirmed by MTA on a few of their posts.

Yes on the rear, It goes from the oldest buses (any DE60LFs or 10000-Series DE40LFRs) up to Coach #17072. Coaches 12048 and 13039 have a Plastic Rear. Buses past 18001 and up have to the Plastic Rear.

Clever Device. Buses from 1987? to 2018 had them, the last ones with Clever we're either retired or replaced with trapeze around 2022 or 2023. Coach #4100 still remains with a working clever device, but hence its the Christmas bus, only do runs in December.

Yes, this bus itself labelled as "DE40LFR", but its 1 foot longer. Some Agencies have DE41LFRs instead of the actual thing "DE40LFRs".

The 2006 new flyer de40lfr will always be my favorite hybrid buses. They sound so powerful especially for a hybrid bus AND THEY HAD A SMOOTH TAKEOFF and they were smooth to ride. The interiors looked so identical to the D40lf’s considering they’re both made by New flyer.

I miss the NABI’s so much their Cummins M11 just had such a great hum noise to it. Also when I was younger riding them it felt like a joyride riding them because I always enjoy the feeling of being high up on high floor buses. I always thought as it was a better way to sight see. They just had a nostalgic feel.

Actually its a NABI bus, one time somebody actually did bring a GMC bus to the roadeo but that was like in 2018??? it was privately owned by someone.

@@Eli17000 Me it’s been like since 2017 when I rode a D40lf. I also remember the Neoplans and their famous Detroit diesels. The last time I’ve been on them was like 2014.

@@Eli17000 I heard they also had awful suspension systems. The NABI’s were very cool buses too but they had cracking frame issues too. I would’ve never thought the Nova’s have frame issues also.
