SO glad I found this video. The project I'm working on is the largest I've done and I suspected I should solder the back and the zinc at the same time so I'm not flipping back and forth. You just confirmed that. Plus I will have a high dome eyeball so appreciate the tip on removing it until the end!

It would be nice if you told us the dimensions instead of saying they were sacred. I learned nothing except for you got something in your living room. If there’s other videos, where are the links?

I could tell there would be zero gratitude ... if you were wanting measurements they are out there ...

Can you encapsulate that with as much glass as you want for a larger piece?

Yes absolutely

Are mirrors ever used? What is the best type of glass to use so that the clarity is perfect? Is UV light cured epoxy the best way to go? I have so many questions.

I'm wondering why not a key chain ring drill the hole and start to ring in the hole in a big enough ring that will come up over the top of it and just use that.

How do you build the glass around the Dichroic inlays to get the floating appearance in larger pieces? Like the one your friend made.

If I buy the dichroic glass from you...will you teach me how to make the pyramids or paperweights from the glass, on videos or your website if you'd let me know, I'd sure appreciate it.

I'm glad KZbin recommended this very vital information😂😂. I don't even own a tile saw. Nor do I work in any vicinity where I'll ever need one.

Can I make a suggestion? On the inside, the 4 inch? Get a clear borough rod and cut 4 two inch sections. Now you can glue the sections of rod to the bottom glass equal to the inner dimensions of the smaller pyramid. The little pyramid will fit right over so it font move around at the slightest touch or bump

Awesome ideas man! Next step should be a motor rotating the inner pyramid slowly and some pixel-leds making it dynamic. Sorry if this already happened ;-)
