Why didnt upload handball videos..Your's older videos are fantastic

We've been training with this ball for over 6 months because resin was banned on our sports centre and i can tell you it is much more difficult to pick up the ball with one hand. Having less grip makes you adjust more your shot making more impact con your shooting shoulder. Many of us have now shoulder pain due to this.

@@aperemesa and what about the contact with the floor? Is the floor cleaner in comparison to using the ball with resin? I can not play with resin in my town, so I am forced to look for a ball without resin which would be much cleaner.

The problem with the resin is that it picks up all dirt. So normally the problem about dirt is not because of resin itself, it is because of the floor having dirt. In regards to resin on the floor, well without any resin there is no resin residue. After 1 year we changed back to playing with resin. We had too many shoulder injuries and the balls were really damaged after 1 year

​@@aperemesa But is it possible to use resin with this ball? Because I would like to try it and after a few weeks I would start using resin (if problems with grip etc. would appear). The second question- going back to resin solved your problem with the arm? I ask you because I have a problem with my shoulder as well due to throwing the ball. I use only small amounts of resin, just a little bit on the ball, without spreading glue on my fingers, due to restrictions in the facility where I play handball. You said that without resin you had problems with your shoulders. So, I start thinking if this might the case in my situation as well, but I am not sure. Maybe you spent some time in rehab and started performing some exercises before the games, which helped you come back to the game and develop some parts of muscles that prevent injuries connected with shoulders? I just want to play without resin or with a minimal amount of it, but still, have a healthy shoulder. And the last thought- maybe it would be wise to try to play with a smaller ball sometimes to reduce the impact on shoulders? Thanks for the answers ;)
