I grew up visiting my grandparents a lot and they had a full glass conservatory that was most likely the reason why I grew to adore thunder storms just sitting there listening to the rain hitting the glass and around you as thunder booms off in the distance. It’s one of the few things in life that truly relaxes me and currently I feel it’s now mixed with nostalgia of the memories I made growing up seeing as I can no longer see my grandparents anymore or go to their house with them having both passed away within the last 10 years. How I long for those simpler days again.
