The logic of this video is: Rich people had to start paying taxes Rich people found a new way to avoid paying taxes in what was previously a bad investment The gov't put limitations on rich people abusing the new tool of avoiding taxes "If the government wants to limit rich people evading taxes this must be a good investment!"

Have you found a way for individuals to purchase BOLI contracts? I thought there were special IRS rules that only allow banks to purchase that product to fund employee benefits with untaxed dollars. It may be that the general public is not thrilled about whole life insurance because over 50% of policy holders end up surrendering their policies and the amount of their financial loss leaves a fairly bad taste in their mouth.

I have several banking policies I have bought with Jim's guidance and direction. I have used these policies for real estate purchases, oil and gas investments, and most recently to help refinance a large business loan. Highly recommend Jim and Factum Financial!

This is awesome stuff, Kyle! Great job on the video! Average rate of return is a myth!

Correct me if I am wrong but I believe something is missing here. If you pay yourself back + interest you will always have more than the person who paid cash and just forgot about it. If we took your example of the 30k car loan at 8% we would have to pay $608 every month back to ourselves. Over 5 years that would be $36,480. Therefore we would end up with $6,480 more for each car purchase than those who paid cash.

There’s still an interest rate charged by the insurance company that he is not compensating for over the life of that loan.

It is amazing what we can pick up on if we read something again or learn something we already know about! I always learn something new when reading Nelson's books.

This was a wonderful video, Monty and Kyle. So motivating to watch and such a simple concept. I am a slow learner and I’ve made A LOT of mistakes with money but I’m getting there! I’m excited to see what I can do with my policies as they grow and I pay myself back and I want to instill these financial principles into my children’s minds. Powerful stuff!
