So good to see Andrew George back in Parliament. He was previously a great MP for St Ives and I'm sure he'll continue to be so.

Mae'r gerdd hon yn hyfryd! Mae'n swnio debyg iawn i farddoniaeth Gymraeg. Diolch. This poem is lovely! It sounds a very similar to Cymraeg poetry. Thank you for posting. I am from South Cymru, and have an enormous amount of respect for your ancient culture and language, and how you have managed to keep it alive against all odds. I hope that the day may come when Kernewek is the everyday language of all the people of Kernow. We have had great success in Cymru to revive our language, and therefore Kernow can as well. Yth esov vy ow tyski kewsel Kernewek lemmyn! 👍

I love this video. You have captured my very good friend's house on Bradmore Green. I loved the arched windows in Purley Boys. Cute Church Cottages. St John's was a fabulous church (goodness only knows why my parents went to the Congregational Church?)

Strange how this popped up - must be some algorithm hard at work. I attended Purley Boys High 1977 - 81 - very fond memories of it under DGS Akers (Dogs!) Lived in Hartley Down first 18 years of my life - just further down Coulsdon Road, the new swimming pool was built during my time there - remember doing the 32 mile sponsored walk round Kenley aerodrome on a very snowy day to raise the money. Sad it looks as the pond on the common is no longer there - I recall going there with the usual jar for sticklebacks when I was a boy! Nice to see the Cricket pavilion and the tuck shop there too.
@MatthewClarkeKernowPods2 жыл бұрын
The pond is very much there and is looked after better than it ever was.

Any more Beatles tunes in Cornish? I've heard most Beatles tunes in many languages and Cornish has got to be among the most obscure, but if anyone could find Beatles tunes in Cornish, it would be me.
