@@MetroVancouverConstruction I think Spring 25 is only tentative for phase 1. The first few condos are taking shapes but the mall seems to have a long way to go.

Metro Vancouver's hate for cars is only equal to how much they DON'T spend on real mass transit solutions instead wasting it for the toy bike lanes and gridlock inducing madness. The irony that they claim it's to make the area greener and more livable is lost on them as it now takes 115% to 147% longer, stuck in traffic, to get the same drive done during the day. How green can all that extra running time be?

I was told last month that it could be winter 2026 or even later. After completion, you will still need to wait for your move in period.
