I've used devacurl for years, but I never achieved any curls, only softer hair. I even went to a devacurl stylist and 👎🏾 curls just softness. I think you pretty much already have to have curly hair for this product to work I don't think it works on afro like hair

I will say this; I tried the styling cream+ the strong hold gel and the definition is EVERYTHING. But the amount of flakes that I get is so baaaaaad. 🙃

I do my daughter's hair and I'm fairly new to it - she's a 3C. I believe this would really work. Do you add the leave in conditioner AFTER you rinse? Also could you please direct me to a good conditioner cap, as I've never heard of them - even a link of one of your videos talking about it will help. Thank you.

Hey!! Yes, I did add a leave in after I rinsed out the conditioner. As far as conditioning caps, you can find those i know for sure on Amazon, Sally’s, or Walmart. Just try searching plastic confirming caps and it should pop up. If you are looking for a thermal conditioning cap, try Hot Head thermal caps. Hope this helps☺️

Just got the no poo decadence but I am not using it with any other deva curl products. Do I use it before shampoo or after. Or do I only use it instead of shampoo

I use it instead of shampoo but only in between washes as it isn’t a clarifying shampoo but it’s really good to add moisture!

I never used Deva Curl before. Is this their hardest hold gel? Is it a re-formulation of an old gel? I don’t remember any curly influencers talking about this one. (I need a strong hold gel but I have difficulty with very thick gels like Ecoslay Jello Shot.)

Thanks for reviewing. You got the no poo wrong in the description box. You used the no poo decadence. I just used the old formula for the no poo decadence and one condition decadence today. Had some left. I loved these formulas! Your hair came out great! I’m gonna be trying these new formulas soon. Hope I like them too.
