Very slow money maker and you need to have money always so you can make the items like with painting except painting gives a much higher profit per item

As far as sims stealing from her, make sure you don't have the caring is sharing neighborhood action plan from eco lifestyle. That action plans enables sims to take things they want when they visit your sim.

You really enjoy landscaping on here. I thought it was strange you had your sim pick up stuff from the dumpster at the start of this stream. So I wanted to share something I learned earning over $2 million simoleons really fast. Growing plants and leveling up the gardening skill can be tedious, but splicing a Strawberry with a Snapdragon will start growing Dragon Fruits. If you plant only the dragon fruit by itself, you'll get 10 dragon fruits each harvest, which is like every 2 days. 1 level 10 dragon fruit is worth 695 simoleons, so selling 10 is worth 6,950. I planted 4 perfect dragon fruit plants earning me $27,800 every two days. A bonus is once you raise a crop of any kind to level 10, it's seeds will grow level 10 plants, and you can splice level 1 fruits to a level 10 plant to quickly get that fruit, vegetable, flower, or herb to level 10 without slowly waiting for each evolution. I hope this info helps you get a little more money and get to even more creations. Thanks for sharing your work on this game. I like your house and garden and the idea of donating used and repaired appliances. :)

Thank you for your comments and interest in my stream. I do know about dragon fruit and gardening for fast simoleans , how ever this challenge is meant for each sim to earn money in specific ways, like Will was to earn money through flower arranging and Arnie was through photography, Patty is through cooking, I use the dumpster more as a way to get started as well as find a few items for their homes. I hope you enjoy watching more of the series and thank you for your comments 😀

I enjoy watching you build in actual time rather than a speed build because I can learn so much from you. But I would really appreciate it if you recorded your thought process while building because it would make for the perfect tutorial. I’m a lousy builder because I enjoy the storyline more, so hearing your rationale while you build would be most helpful to me and many others.
