Far off from proper Bombay. Most flats bought by SBI officers who are employed in New Bombay and think that there is no difference between Bombay and New Bombay.. 2 BHK last sold was 1.6 Crore. Possession is 2027 Minimum as per Rera. Builders never give possession within timeline in MMR as you know and take extension. Moreover, Builder is yet to take permission to build above a certain floor. So that will delay OC. Too costly for Kharghar from where there is a metro only till Belapur, then again take train to Bombay. Bombay is atleast 35 km away. Town even longer. Always stuck in traffic. Cost of 1.6 crore for 2BHK and 2+ Crore for 3 BHK is too much for a project located 6-7 km away from railway station.

Area is under developement. But prices are too high now. 1bhk 350 sqr ft cost more than 60lakhs. It is good for investment. But not for living, it is very crowded.
