Hello sir for some reason i can't take gap year because of which i am doing mba from low a very low tier college ( jims rohini ) i am thing to clear cfa level 1 so that i have a good profile with skills like finncial modeling and ppt for getting role in fimace and i was thinking to do a job for 2 years or 2.5 year and then apply for 2 nd mba at iim my profile is 69 in 10th, 67 in 12th and 75 in graduation bba , and i am hoping for achive 80 percentile or more in my mba what do you suggest if i apply for 2 nd mba i have work ex of 2 years i have a certificate of cfa

I think work experience will give you a good exposure. It is a good idea to explore more of finance and then decide you would want to do an MBA or not

Your explanation for eliminating A seems incomplete. Since y>4 we do know that x <6 since K is 10 and therefore x+y= 10. However, this still does not help us because y could be 5 and x also 5 while y=9 and x=1 so we can eliminate A but I think your explanation was not complete. Please correct me if I'm wrong!!!

Your approach of eliminating the 1st option is correct, as we can have values of x = Y, x less than y as well as x greater than y

Hi ! The idea is to detect a pattern! If the pattern holds true consistently for 3/4 data points - there must be a logic that creates this consistency - making it safe to conclude No as an inference ! For example in statement 1 here x = 12q + 6 = 6(2q+1) = 2*3(2q+1) 2q+1 is odd and so the power of 2 in x will be odd- thus x cannot be perfect square !

This is great advice! Makes it clear how an MBA can prepare you for a leadership role. The question is: how much should you spend on it if you already make as much as most grads? In the US, programs range from 50k-250k and it becomes hard to justify the ROI over 100k (for me) without switching jobs into better paying roles, companies or industries (consulting, banking, big tech).

Maybe you are right. But you have to look at it in the long term, the more opportunities you get, the more doors that you have access to. The ROI in terms of cost should be over 3-7 years.

In 1:30:58, if N=12, then N^2 +1 /5 will be 29, and the unit digit is 9. So, statement 2 alone is not sufficient, isn't it?

Hi Namraj! Thanks for posting the query! The unit digit when N=29 is not 9. Last digit of 1!+2!+3!+4! is the last digit of the sum ,1+2+6+24 which is 3. For 5!, the last digit is 0 and for values like 6! or 7! too, there is a 5 and 2 which creates the last digit of 0. For N ≥ 5 , the last digit of the sum is 1!+2!+3!+4! +5!+6!+.......or 3 + 0+0+....and hence this will also be 3. So for N=29 , the last digit would be 3. Hence Statement 2 is sufficient! Hope this helps! :) Let me know if you have any further doubts on this!
