Haha... this is such a personal touch! Yes, you can absolutely add that validation too. You can do this by adding another column for the meeting time and then modifying the data validation formula for the meeting room. To ensure that the next meeting can't be booked if it's less than 1 hour before the end of the day (assuming your office time ends at 18:00), you can additional condition like this F2<TIME(17,0,0))

Can you help me? I was able to find it in the past but not now. I have multiple dropdown boxes that I want to be able to select and choose the same item from the lists. But I cannot copy and paste, it will mess it up. I remember something about shift/alt/and or ctrl, highlight and use the arrow key. But cannot replicate it.

Select the first dropdown cell, extend the selection to other cells with Shift, open the dropdown list using Alt + Down Arrow, navigate the list with Arrow Keys, and press Ctrl + Enter to apply the selected item to all highlighted cells. I hope this will solve your problem.
