You can never replace lawyers' brains with AI. The practice of law is an art and not a science. It can never be predicted by a non lawyer.

This is insane, I would not want a robot with no motivation to do work for somebody who represents me in court. If a human makes mistakes, is lazy, etc. there are possible consequences that could make them regret it, this is the stick. If they do well they could get higher status and get better cases, this is the carrot. If an AI makes a mistake, which they do, just like humans, what would happen to the AI? Even if we delete the whole thing, there's no reason for *it* to care. And if the AI makes a mistake, theres a possibility that other AIs double checking the paper might make the same mistake because of working from the same logic, with no motivation to change how they analyse the paperwork.

you know lawyers just want your money right? None of them became lawyers because of an abundance of morals...
@MolliTheGreatАй бұрын
@@SwampMainI dont know if you read what i wrote? I didnt at all mention their morals, i mentioned motivation, one of human motivators being money. AI doesnt have motivators its just an emotionless, stale piece of code, extremely good and faster than a brain, but no motivator.
