love hearing about the balance if customer transactions, personally ive been buying silver in the last 2-3 months

Graded "uncirculated" gold seems like a waste of money for a premium that every other gold coin possesses

If platinum went up say 50%+ within 6-12 months, would u see a big difference of people coming in look for it and therefore buy more? I always felt like any dealer would but they all say they're not interested because it doesn't sell 🤷

I really enjoyed seeing the bin with cull type coins. I wonder if it would be a good idea to add some nicer condition graded type coins in the show cases rather than taking up a lot of space with graded eagles? Graded eagles should all be a 69 or 70, put them in a bin. I'm a stacker and a numismatic collector, primarily US type coins. Lots of XF, AU, and mint state type coins are affordable. Might be something to consider for your shop. Get someone like me in the shop who stacks and collects, they buy some bullion and see a twenty cent piece in the show case, and you make another sale as well as a happy customer.

Why are Morgan’s and peace dollars give away.

It's been ages since I bought any silver, I used to get old sterling silverware. It was all for casting and it was the cheapest form of silver that was reliably sterling. If I bought enough of it I could get it for below spot in those days. The coin store made more selling it to me than they could get selling it to a refiner, and it was of course a lot cheaper for me than buying sterling casting grain from a place like Swest or TSI (both of those companies are long gone now). I made silver jewelry and put myself through school with it. Best way to invest in silver I ever found ;)

That's a mighty amount of silver to sell all at once. I doubt I could ever bring myself to do that but to each his own. It surely gave you a big pile of silver to resell!

Love the look of those Morgan silver rounds. I collect Morgan dollars, have a cloth bag of them, and all are in AU or better condition. Someone sold 3500 ozs. of silver in one day?! Wow. Don't think I could part with just over half of my stack but someone sure did. One day, I will trade most of my silver for gold but the numbers would have to be right on that, not this 83:1 GSR baloney for sure.

If silver were compared to Platinum, another industrial metal, rather than the tier one asset gold, one could see that silver is highly over valued. See the Bullion by Post Pt vs Ag chart.
