The scene was from a show called Under The Bridge on Hulu, The Actors name is Javon Walton (rumor he was casted a while back for Vision Quest as "Teen") I'm assuming his playing Tommy

Kathryn Hahn's acting and line delivery here is astounding. The tone of voice she has when saying things like "even if you cant hear him you dont have to open your eyes to know how close he is" and "you cant keep him, so where does he go" is so natural you'd think she's playing herself. I loved this show and I hope we get more of these characters going forward in the MCU because this is the best its been in a while. This show currently sits with a 7.2 on IMDB - that's criminal. This is top tier television in my opinion.

Not really, because Pietro was dead and had moved on. Tommy wasn't; Billy's magic kept him present but disembodied during those 3 years, most likely somewhere in the Astral Dimension.

That was such an amazing scene. Kudos to everybody involved. Locke's casting was truly genius. And unlike the kiss, this was her real sacrifice. She finds him a body (something Rio wants to prevent from happening) for Tommy knowing once he gets what he wants he will be gone and she will be alone, and she will have no way to pass the last trial. She didn't know there was a dandelion seed in the locket or that his disappearance would crack the floor exposing soil. She was ready to die in that moment.
