This conical set, as it looks, is from a train, subway, or tramway bogie, it is toothed cemented-hardened and at the end after flat and cylindrical grinding, the toothing can be seen to have HPG. There is no possibility in the world to weld something without deformations appearing. The hardened-hardened steel does not resist after welding, and the local heating from welding softens the material in the respective area. The inside and the fronts of the crown are rectified to hundredths of mm if not microns, the dents you saw on the back of the toothed crown, masked by turning and polishing with the flex, are also in the teeth, which were processed by HPG, as a result the play in the teeth will be variable and will destroy the pinion very quickly, or break the crown again in the welded area. The holes that can be seen have been honed and pinned with the hub and cannot be taken with the biax cutter, because the respective holes no longer transmit effort, the others being more loaded, will lead to the crown breaking in the area of effort. In a word, the repaired part is rejected. On a different note, what inceptor will sign for a passenger train for such a repair ?? So he's not a brilliant mechanic, he's an inept turner!!

Это полнейший обман. Такое повреждение невозможно отремонтировать. Оно максимум после ремонта отработает одну минуту под нагрузкой. И тем более видно что оно отрезано газовой горелкой
