les moteur turbo sortent souvent un son médiocre, sans caractère, on dirait un mazoute sans pot, refaite des moteurs atmo sans déconné vos turbos n'arriverons jamais a la cheville

I've come to realise that 911 Turbos really don't come across well audibly on video when they have decent exhausts. And the reason is that the exhaust makes the car louder and deeper which is hard to appreciate through speakers. I've got a sub on my PC and it still doesn't sound right. I can make it loud enough to piss off the neighbours and 911 Turbo videos still doesn't sound right. I don't know why. Maybe it's the turbos taking away some of the higher frequencies and they don't rev that high compared to a Ferrari with a turbo? Lambos and Ferraris just sound much better because there are a lot of higher frequencies in the exhaust note.

Yeah, just very quiet. A common modification is catless mid-pipes. I find it made a small difference in volume, but still too quiet. I'm looking at cat-backs to replace my sport exhaust for a bit more noise.

@@automotivexplorationMost of the cat-backs that make a decent difference to volume are expensive. But I am considering the HG Motorsport “Ego X” or the Provocateur Exhaust cat-backs.
