he self actualized his wings back to take Charlotte to heaven. He lost them because he bonked Maze and self actualized not being able to get them out Its the same as the last season when Lucifer "looses" his wings, only to then realise in the next episode "I'm self actualizing them being gone" and pops them out with ease. Its also how Lucifer makes himself vulnerable around Chloe. By the last season, he becomes immune around her, only lowering it by choice to shoot himself to prove he loves his daughter.
